On le ressent fortement, nous sommes totalement déshydratés. Il n'y a qu'à voir à quelle vitesse nous nous jetons sur la bouteille d'eau. Notre corps a soif et il est grand temps de lui donner à boire !
Comment hydrater sa peau après un coup de soleil ?
De son vrai nom l’érythème actinique, est une brûlure causée par une exposition non protégée au soleil. Et il n'y a pas de justice ! Selon sa peau on peut très bien brûler autant en 10 minutes que 3 heures passées à faire la crêpe sur le sable.

On hydrate quotidiennement ! Le matin avant de mettre un filtre UV on passe une crème assez fine mais très réparatrice comme la Kyrnella au Miel.
Le soir, place à la régénération des cellules, si votre peau demande tiraille beaucoup nous pouvons opter pour le pouvoir très nourrissant de la châtaigne.
Nous avons tendance à oublier de protéger nos mains et pourtant c'est essentiel ! Nous pouvons déposer de la crème hydratante en même temps que lorsque nous l'appliquons sur le visage !
